To analyze and exclude harmonic filtering device failure

•Product Controller indicator inputting progression is less than the capacitance actual inputting progression, to check rapid melting utensil and whether capacitors are at fault. Capacitance inputting indicator light is broken, triggering plate is damaged or lost, and the controller’s maximal controlling group parameter setting is not correct. To solve those troubles, that is to replace the corresponding components.
•The capacitance actual inputting progression is more than Controller indicator progression, check whether the thyristor damages, if it damages ,to replace it.
•Controller panel LED does not shine, to check whether controller power Fuse is melted, to replace it.
• without normal cutting, check  whether the controller work normally. To solve this trouble, replace the new controller.

To analyze and exclude non-contact stabilizer failure

• Stabilizer could not start-up to check whether the missing phase, phase-failure or existing network anomalies, and at same time check whether the input voltage is in the use scope of the machine. The solution is to check the inputting power supply voltage.
•Stabilizer can not steady voltage, to check the working power of control panel, input and output sampling circuit contacts whether are good or lost, then to check whether the fuse is welted. The solution is to replace control panel and fuse.
 • Cannot judge the failure of stabilizer and be unable to stop machine, please make stabilizer be at the state of utility power with temporary use.

To analyze and exclude emergency Power supply failure

 •Utility power is normal but emergency power indicator light does not shine, or emergency Power supply light LCD menu shows that the "AC, LOSS. ". Check whether utility breaker of supplying emergency power supply or the cable connecting of breaker is good. The solution is to replace breaker and connect cable.
 •Under the normal utility power supply state, when the buzzer give an alarm, we should inspect the output of emergency power supply, and separate the partial load if it is overload.
 •If trouble lamp bright, inspect the transmit electricity load  has short circuit, either the control circuit has fault as well as the inversion humidity is over high or the battery charger breakdown, please separate the input breaker of emergency power supply and contract with the seller.
 •When the utility power supply stopped and the emergency power supply didn’t output, please inspects the battery or the contract line between each inputs plugs, connecting lead again with comparison method.
 •The emergency power supply should to maintain three months a time, the state of experiments battery with the cleaner and soft fabric cleans the machine hull and aeration hole.
