Technical Support Specialist--Label Printers

Responsibilities:
1.Provide telephone/e-mail support to product users and resellers on label printers
2.Provide feedback to the Manager regarding product performance
in the field
3.Provide pre-and post-sales application support
4.Process requests and perform hardware repairs on label printers
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology
2.Two or more years in a technical support environment
3.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win95/98/NT/2000/XP)
4.Possess basic software programming in C++ or similar languages and networking skills
5.Familiar with print spools, configuration under different operating environment eg. Unix or Windows
6.Strong written and verbal communication skills
7.Effective presentation skills
8.Excellent technical writing skills
9.Strong problem solving skills
10.Able to speak and write English
11.Able to work well independently as well as in a team
12.Able to work under pressure
