Before service:

According to the actual conditions, engineers will be sent to carry on the overall investigation on the spot if necessary, making plans of communications, transportations, debugging, project supervision, product maintenance and quality feedbacks. These plans will be put into practice after written conformations are made by customers.

Debugging service:

Engineers and technicians will be sent to install and debug the machine on the spot for 24 hours with the load. Only after the apparatus runs steadily and conformations are made by both sides by signature can engineers and technicians withdraw from the scene. Professional engineers will be in charge of the supervision of all the aspects during the whole process.

After service:

Special customers’ files will be set up, guaranteeing to keep the products in good repair for one year, and life-long maintenance Round-the-clock and long-distance service supports (Tel No. 021-62215547) ensure schemes made within 2 hours. After the conformations made by customers, these schemes will be carried on. Broken-down fittings caused by components’ objection or production technics will be displaced free of charge within maintenance period. To broken-down made by misplay in operation of customers, only cost of fittings and car fare will owe to the customer according to the actual situation. Car fares, fittings cost and labor cost will be charged for the replacement of fittings after maintenance period.

Training service:

Rechargeable training service is provided if the customers need. The main content of the training includes the working principle, performance, debugging, maintenance, and operation of stabilizer, while the time of training depends. Apparatus, instruments, technical information and fields are provided freely for the practice on the spot. Appointed technicians will be specially assigned for technical business matters the on the basis that both sides are consensus, so as to keep the long-term cooperation for both sides.
